We hired Forte for a particularly difficult 12-unit project. Our rear units could not be reached via truck or forklift. Forte came up with a very creative approach that completed our roofs and did not drive across our lawns, sidewalks or sprinkler pipes. They were very, very easy to communicate and deal with. The job was done very professionally and in a timely manner. Every day all scraps and pieces of trash were pickup and discarded before they left. Our complex could fully recommend them 100%. Each homeowner who has requested a reduction from their insurance companies has received one. Ours was quite sizable.

Mike gave me the lowest quote, explained everything clearly, and showed me potential issues and costs after inspecting my roof. His transparency and price—still below other quotes—made it an easy choice. They care about clients, answered all questions, and handled my HOA when I couldn’t. The job was done in a day, keeping my tenants happy. Mike even drove 40 minutes to replace walkway lights damaged during debris removal. Payments were split into 2 (possible to do more). Amazing team—will use again! No photos yet, but tenants love the roof.
