We needed our roof redone by May & had narrowed it down to Northern Skies Roofing & one other company.These guys made a good first impression with a no pressure approach & fair pricing.Thanks to a burst of warm weather, they were able to do the job the very same week! It took about 14hrs, in all. Just short of a 1 day job.We've also recommended them to a friend & decided to get an estimate on our siding for summer, as we are very happy with the company and crew.Payment options were cash, check or credit card (3% fee for using credit cards, as expected)

Choosing a roofing company is hard. These guys made it easy!We needed our roof redone by May, to continue eligibility for our current homeowners insurance. It was quite simply long overdue. Northern Skies Roofing bid the job, along with 2 others, plus 2 that never came out, despite our inquiries.The first impression was the the selling point: punctual, polite, straightforward, answered all of our questions, gave advice, patient & at no point pushed us for a decision... and, impressively, never bad-mouthed any of the other companies we were looking at. We didn't feel like we were dealing with a salesman, which was nice. We had to verify eligibility with the insurance company before proceeding, which took longer than expected. Still, no pressure.Bids were Mon & Tue. We selected them on Thur & work started Fri. There was just a bit left to wrap up the next day. The 5 man crew knocked out the house & garage in -14hrs, with tear off, new shigles, new vent-thingies & acthorough clean-up. That's including coming back the next day with the new vent-thingies. By then, the warm-weather window was gone & they went up in the cold to get that part finished.Pricing was reasonable. At final inspection, we we happy enough that we asked for a siding quote, as well, with no rush.I've attached pictures of the old shingles, work & finished product.Bonus Credit: The crew found Steve, my prop alien, somewhere out there during the clean-up. We've been looking for him for MONTHS!

Top-tier service! Over the winter, the wind was intense and tore apart the siding on my home. I reached out to Javier shortly after the last big winter storm, and he came out promptly to assess the damages. Additionally, he inspected the roof and noticed some caps were missing, most likely from the wind. I also requested some bulging siding to be looked at to.On the first available and clear day, Northern Skies took care of business efficiently. All problems were addressed and all material used is more secure than when I first purchased the property. I highly recommend Northern Skies and will be inquiring them on their services in the future if needed!

This guy's are great. They came up to harvey from minot. Replaced our roof for a reasonable price. And they came down to check a leak which it wasn't which is good. But I would say give the guy's a call for your roof problems

They fit us in last minute when we had a leak in our roof. We found out our entire roof was trashed, and we needed a replacement. They started work within a week or two and finished our roof in a few days even with a trailer mishap that caused them to lose a day. The owner wouldn’t accept payment until he had personally inspected the roof. He supplied pictures to support his assessment and the quality of the work. Would use this company again.

Javier did a great job repairing wind damaged shingles on our roof. I called 4-5 places and Northern Skies is the only company that returned my call. Would use them again for sure.

We have a flat rubber roof and had a tree fall on it back in August. Messaged northern sky about getting a new roof and was a great decision. Though it was a long process having to deal with insurance but the roof came out great. They were able to replace and fix any damage to joists under the roof, the roofing material, all the metal trim and any damaged vents. Also made many needed improvements that the pre-existing roof didn’t have like better drainage and ventilation for moisture. Overall very good experience with Alejandro and northern sky roofing.
