I needed an early morning, next day appointment for a light/fan switch replacement at my Wellness Center and Compass Electrical Solutions was able to get me in immediately, whereas the other companies I called could not, so right off the bat they exceeded my expectations, and I received a text on my way to the appointment letting me know the electrician was already there, early, which again exceeded my expectations, and the icing on the cake was Richard F., the highly trained, incredibly professional, sharp as a tack, and off the charts friendly electrician that not only replaced the switch in no time at all, but I felt like I made a new friend in the process, so I cannot recommend Compass Electrical Solutions, and specifically Richard F., more highly for all your electrical needs, and based on my brief experience with them they are a Unicorn company that checks all the boxes of what we are looking for in a service provider, but rarely finding!

Compass Electrical Solutions does really great work at a good price. This is the third time that we have used them in the past month. They made code repairs at a house we were selling and at a house we were buying. Today we had lightning and receptacles added at our new house. Ask for Richard Faulkner. Very hard worker and he knows code. We highly recommend Compass Electrical Solutions.

Compass provided excellent service for us. Richard came and installed several new outlets for us and also replaced multiple bathroom fans. The work he performed was high quality and looks great, and he did it very efficiently. Compass will be our go to electrician for our home in the future.Update: We used Compass for additional projects at our home. They replaced several light fixtures with recessed can lights, replaced a ceiling fan with a new fan, replaced outdoor light fixtures with new ones, and repaired multiple outdoor outlets and yard lights. Service was excellent and they were extremely knowledgable and willing to work with us as our requests changed throughout the process. Would highly recommend.

Compass electric was the only one that I could find come out on a moment's notice and take care of a job that needed special attention. It makes sense for Matt and Brian by far one of the most professional sets of installers that I come across in a long time and I'm a contractor. I would suggest compass electric for all your electrical installation needs and repairs.
