Her pelvic floor therapy helped tremendously with the SI joint pain I experienced during pregnancy, and her birth prep gave me so much confidence heading into labor.Thanks to her care and guidance, I felt more than prepared for a successful natural birth experience with minimal tearing and smooth recovery. I cannot recommend Dr. Ally enough to anyone expecting a baby. You will be so grateful to have her in your corner!

Highly recommend Genesis PT and Dr. Leneice specifically. I was having some SI joint/glute issues that lead me to Genesis. After about 7 sessions with Dr. Leneice and doing the at-home exercises that she prescribed, I’m back to feeling a lot better and even playing sports again. She’s great to work with!

She was instrumental in my pregnancy and postpartum journey, tailoring her plan and recommendations to my specific needs. I worked with Dr. Megan Pellacani after having some issues with a bladder prolapse after my first baby. I started seeing her about 12m post partum after not seeing improvements with other care. She is very educational and helped me understand how my body worked. I was seeing results in no time. I worked with her throughout my second pregnancy, including birth prep. My delivery was so much faster and smoother, and I attribute most, if not all, of that to my work with Dr. Megan!!

I've used Dr. Jen as my pelvic floor therapist, and Dr. Lauren as a pediatric physical therapist for my baby. Both of them have been incredible in helping with our issues. They are the sweetest, most knowledgeable, and most competent physical therapists. I have referred them to my friends, and would highly recommend them to anyone!

I have been a Genesis patient for a while and just switched to Dr. Samantha after moving to Dallas and I can’t speak highly enough of her.She took the time to really understand my history of pain and my overall health journey and helped me to start to uncover the source of it all so I can actually begin to feel better.Aside from regular PT she also cupped my abdomen and I swear I walked out feeling like a million bucks.The Nest location is also so cozy and welcoming and I felt very comfortable throughout the entire experience.

I’ve had a great experience with Genesis and Dr. Madison Young. It has been so much different than I expected, in the best way. Madison is so kind and easy to talk to, always making me feel comfortable and providing great advice and suggestions. Beyond pelvic floor support/exercises, they focus on the whole body - soreness on my back to glutes, using cupping and dry needling. What a cool experience! Highly recommended.

Dr. Ally Loupe at Genesis PT & Wellness in Addison is truly amazing! Upon our first meeting I was so impressed with her that I asked her right then and there to also be my Doula. Pelvic floor therapy is something more women should know about and most women need before and/or after birth. It’s an intimate thing and not unlike a gynecologist visit, in that said intimacy, as it involves both internal and external work. Depending on your comfort level with these kinds of privacy discomforts it can be a little unnerving or embarrassing. But Dr. Ally takes something that could totally feel awkward and uncomfortable and she makes it feel so normal, okay and downright no big deal. What I mean by this is that she has a way of really putting you at ease. She has such a kind and nurturing demeanor, so warm and so you can’t help but feel at ease in her presence. She is nurturing and empowering and so helpful and knowledgeable. Of all of the interactions I’ve had with various midwives and pelvic floor therapists, she is by far above and beyond the best! She was an awesome and supportive doula too. I can’t recommend her enough!

Dr. Corrie is truly a miracle worker! I came in with a four day migraine and she dry needled and massaged me.I feel like my head could turn around like a barn owl it is so loose now. So attentive and patient, I will definitely be back.

My wife and I had the pleasure of taking the birthing class back in November of 25’. We were immediately impressed with the staff and the kindness and welcoming attitude.We felt that both Lakin and Jen did a really good job at answering the plethora of questions the class as a whole had throughout the duration of the class. They were answered with diligence, empathy and compassion, giving the whole vibe of the class a welcoming experience.During the course, both instructors did very well at thoroughly explaining and demonstrating how each exercise and stretch works. When my wife was in labor, I was very fortunate to have the handbook by my side, giving me pointers on how to make my wife feel “comfortable” through a hard couple of hours.I would recommend this class/company to any of my friends and family. Also a HUGE thank you to Dr. Corrie for getting us set up in the class!!
