I took the Ultimate Mobility Reset class with Melanie and got so much out of it I took it again! We were shown many simple and practical ways to combat stiffness from ageing and other factors. Participating in a group was motivating and fun. Videos were made available after each class, which are hugely helpful. Thank you!

CJ Physical Therapy and Pilates team is amazing. Everyone there has been beyond helpful and pleasant. I am working on a 30 year issue and Dr Madison has been terrific. She explains everything and listens to your questions. She is constantly making sure that "I am ok", during exercise. I have already had improvement and am expecting to progress a lot further with my treatments. I would highly recommend if you are seeking a more natural, non invasive recovery.

I have been going to CJ Physical Therapy & Pilates since JanuaryMy issues were with my left knee and partially torn left rotator cuff.From my initial consultation with Dr Holly and Dr Maddie through all my PT sessions they have truly made a difference with both my knee and shoulder pain. They take the time to explain every exercise and ensure your form is correct when performing each exercise. Additionally they also provide a home exercise program that is easy to follow with videos!I would highly recommend CJ Physical Therapy & Pilates
