I have been enoying Tai Chi for a few months now Sensei Shawn and Sensei Julie are great teachers. They tailor their instruction to the abilities of each student No matter how I was feeling when I got to class I always had deep sense of peace and calm at the end of class

A well run location with a friendly team of leaders. The Senseis here are thoughtful about each individual growth and show care when coaching each person. Highly recommend this dojo for Karate!

Friendly, fun, passion explaining, teaching with patients, techniques, the vibe, this dojo feels great! Students and teachers respect each other .. so many positive people here.. even the other parents are pretty chill, I'm very grateful. Thank you.
