I have been enoying Tai Chi for a few months now Sensei Shawn and Sensei Julie are great teachers. They tailor their instruction to the abilities of each student No matter how I was feeling when I got to class I always had deep sense of peace and calm at the end of class

A well run location with a friendly team of leaders. The Senseis here are thoughtful about each individual growth and show care when coaching each person. Highly recommend this dojo for Karate!

So glad I chose the Milton Academy of Martial Arts for Tai Chi and self defence training. Consistently, I’ve experienced wise, affirming and patient Senseis and Sempeis, and I’ve enjoyed the company of other supportive people sharing in these practices. Everyone is developing no matter what stage of understanding they brought in. Impressive !! Felt at home and was welcomed warmly at this dojo immediately. It has become a peaceful place to learn, train and grow. Great to be able to continue the practice of Tai Chi everyday! Thank you!

My son has been going to AMA since 6 months and he have learnt so much from Sensei Shawn. Would highly recommend if you want your kid to learn about focus and discipline. He is always happy to go to his class.
