I am brand new to Captain Crossfit and I can't say enough good about the place. The community of other members is friendly and welcoming. The owner, Coach Michelle, is capable of training the most advanced athletes as well as beginners and working directly with them to meet their specific capabilities. I am a beginner, formerly a decent athlete but now old, and in the group setting she makes adjustments to my routine to best fit what I can and can't do.Michelle offers membership plans that are reasonably priced and fit most needs. Twice a week, no problem, unlimited, no problem. 10 class card to use over 6 months, yep. And drop ins.I can't recommend highly enough.

This place is awesome! I've done Crossfit for years and this is a very well put together establishment! Everyone is very very nice, there are some amazing athletes in here that everyone looks up to. The coaches are very well versed on things like movements and tips and tricks, they have a very fine staff. It was very accepting from day one, met some very nice people who are all trying to make themselves better everyday. Would highly recommend!

Captain CrossFit is one of my favorite places in the world!The community here feels like family. The equipment is top-notch and the coaches and owner are highly experienced. If you’re looking for a sign to join a CrossFit gym, this is it! Coaches took the time with me to help me learn the movements. I have increased my stamina and strength. I am so happy I found this space to focus on my health goals. The space is really big so you don't feel confined and hot like most CrossFit gyms. There is zero sweaty gym smell which I love. The equipments are all well maintained and spread out so you have enough space to work out. Everything is so clean and taken excellent care of. The trainers and people working out are so friendly, eager to assist with any questions you have. Everyone is respectful of each other. I feel so motivated when I am there as everyone is serious about the same goal and Great place for all ages and all fitness levels. Highly recommended.
