D&J contracting has been servicing our commercial shopping center in Troy for a few years now, and we are happy with their service. We have a small strip mall near Rochester and Longlake Road with mixed use tenants. It's a tough plaza to service because we have a restaurant that opens quite early and a lounge that closes quite late, so the opportunity to plow when there aren't cars in the lot is pretty small. Overall, the service has been good and we're happy with a contract. We opted for a seasonal contract, so I didn't have to worry about the ups and downs of billing. It's better for me to be able to budget for one consistent cost. If it's a crazy snow year then we luck out, and if it's not, then it's to their benefit, but either way I know exactly how much we're paying in total for snow and salt right from the start. At this time I can say I would recommend them, and have had enough time with them servicing our lot to feel confident in saying that.

D&J did a great job on our facility parking lot when we were in need of some asphalt catch basin repairs. They were professional, accommodating to our traffic needs, quick and thorough with the repairs, and back promptly after a week to retrieve their barriers. Their quote process was easy, and their pricing was incredibly reasonable for the work done. We are very pleased with D&J and recommend them highly.
