I love the welcoming atmosphere. I went for a consultation to discuss my goal and I feel like they knew exactly what I was looking for. I love that they have memberships (with & w/out commitment) at different prices for various treatments. I believe this makes reaching your goals easier. It's a very clean place, plus I had no issues with parking. For context, I did get the master membership for the Emsculpt Neo. I began my sessions right away and it was very good and professional. I also got an IV, B12 shot and lymphatic message. Loved it !

The overwhelming stench of cigarettes when I walked into Glam Medical Spa should have been my first warning to turn around and walk right back out. Unfortunately, I didn’t and I deeply regret trusting this place with my face.The atmosphere didn’t improve the first impression. The front room had a strange, vacant feel, with old dusty mirrors and unused salon chairs. It was not the clean, polished, professional environment I expected from a business performing cosmetic procedures.I paid $2,350 for Botox, lip filler and cheek filler. I was also never shown the vials or packaging of the Botox or injectables being used on me. Every other cosmetic practice I’ve personally gone to has shown me the products being used, so I could see exactly what was being injected. That did not happen here.My biggest issue was the cheek filler. The injector used a cannula on the right side of my face. I found it extremely uncomfortable and eventually asked her to stop. She then switched techniques and used a standard needle on the other side of my face. The result was noticeable asymmetry, with one side appearing smoother and less filled than the other, along with a new dimple when I smiled that I did not have before.The cannula entry point also left a visible pinpoint mark on my right cheek that was not there before the procedure and is still visible nearly two months later. I’ve included a current photo and circled the exact mark.I was unhappy enough with the result that I returned the same day. The unevenness was acknowledged and I was offered additional filler to try to correct it, while also being warned that adding more could potentially make things worse. Given what had already happened, I declined to have anything further injected into my face.I waited before posting this review to give everything time to settle and to be fair about the outcome. Nearly two months later, my opinion has not changed.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Glam Medical Spa. Between the cigarette smell and neglected atmosphere, not being shown the injectable products being used, the cheek asymmetry, the cannula experience and the mark that remains on my face, I would never trust them with my face again.

I’ve been going here since the day they opened. I’ve gone for laser, botox, spray tan, hair, makeup, facial, they literally offer everything. Jackie is my favorite nurse so if you can, go by her. Parking in the back is limited but there is plenty of spots on Matilija Ave
