I had an enjoyable time just driving up, walking in, and getting information about their shipping containers. I called Tina on the phone, and she gave me great prices, Andy showed me around and let me check out containers. I was able to inspect them fully for any defects. The entire process was incredibly comfortable and exactly what I was looking for. Unbelievably, I got my shipping container delivered the very same day after speaking to Tim from CATS containers and transportation solutions LLC. Devonte was my delivery driver, he is highly knowledgeable and made the delivery incredibly smooth. Even the guy at checkout was super helpful, professional, Abre gave me great advice on next steps to buy more containers in the future with Tina! Highly recommend this team! I couldn’t be happier with the container, the service, the communication, and most importantly the price. I’ve been shopping around for weeks; literally 15-20 different people on marketplace I talked to, many of which are scams and many of which just get you whatever container they can get, and none that you can see before you buy. We then decided to make a trip to Tampa to see some in person and would rather pay a little more, as long as we could verify quality first. The first couple places were ridiculous with their pricing. One of which classified a 1994 built container, rust everywhere, doors were a struggle to open, roof leak repairs done with silicone, as an “A Rated Container”. Then for their new “1 trip container” I was quoted over $6k. Luckily my last stop was Rice. I met Tina and within just a few minutes of talking, she asked budget I had and then walked me over to the perfect container. Tina got me a beautiful 1 trip/new container, built in 2024 for literally a fraction of the cost of everyone else. My only regret, was not making the stop here first. It sure would have saved me countless hours of searching. Thank you Tina and the crew. You guys rock!

Amazing experience , first time buying . Process went super smooth . Tina helped me throight the process. I was able to pick from many containers to suite my needs . I shopped around and this place had the best prices and best selection. Upon delivery Tim was amazing help . Got my container in my yard on a hard 90 degree angle . Best pricing, quick delivery, great service. We shopped around with different shipping container companies and were unhappy with the high prices for low quality until a stranger told us about Rice Intermodal and the great price he got for a basic unit. We visited their lot and looked through the “bent and dent” specials. All in great shape for the price. We were so happy with the unit and service that we came back months later and bought a second one. First unit was delivered next day and the second one was same day. Both drivers went above and beyond to get the units in as well as they could in our little tree cubby.

I was so tired of the bait and switch with a lot of the container companies. When we contacted Tina she was up front and was willing to send us pictures. I was able to drive to the lot and choose the one that I wanted. They had it delivered the next work day. I was so pleased I ordered a second and we finished the deal shortly after 5:00 p.m. and they still had it delivered that evening. I would highly recommend Tina anytime and their delivery driver, johnny, was very accommodating and work with us.
