They were great. They helped me move my shipping container from one location to another location. Great customer service. Definitely would recommend them and use them again. On top of being the best price from the other person that I found, they're the only ones that replied and were super good at giving me updates on everything. Super nice people. Honestly, would definitely just use them again anytime I have any shipping container needs or transportation needs.5 stars. To be honest with you, they were honestly just spectacular and great. Cannot say that enough.

Rice Intermodal has been an absolute blessing to my family’s small business. Their team went above and beyond to help us find the perfect shipping container for our storage needs, and the entire process was smooth, honest, and professional. You can tell they truly care about the people they serve. The container quality was excellent, delivery was fast, and their customer service was unmatched. After 30+ years in business, their experience really shows. We’re grateful for their support and highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable containers or storage solutions.

I had an enjoyable time just driving up, walking in, and getting information about their shipping containers. I called Tina on the phone, and she gave me great prices, Andy showed me around and let me check out containers. I was able to inspect them fully for any defects. The entire process was incredibly comfortable and exactly what I was looking for. Unbelievably, I got my shipping container delivered the very same day after speaking to Tim from CATS containers and transportation solutions LLC. Devonte was my delivery driver, he is highly knowledgeable and made the delivery incredibly smooth. Even the guy at checkout was super helpful, professional, Abre gave me great advice on next steps to buy more containers in the future with Tina! Highly recommend this team! No hiccups straight business professionals.

I couldn’t be happier with the container, the service, the communication, and most importantly the price. I’ve been shopping around for weeks; literally 15-20 different people on marketplace I talked to, many of which are scams and many of which just get you whatever container they can get, and none that you can see before you buy. We then decided to make a trip to Tampa to see some in person and would rather pay a little more, as long as we could verify quality first. The first couple places were ridiculous with their pricing. One of which classified a 1994 built container, rust everywhere, doors were a struggle to open, roof leak repairs done with silicone, as an “A Rated Container”. Then for their new “1 trip container” I was quoted over $6k. Luckily my last stop was Rice. I met Tina and within just a few minutes of talking, she asked budget I had and then walked me over to the perfect container. Tina got me a beautiful 1 trip/new container, built in 2024 for literally a fraction of the cost of everyone else. My only regret, was not making the stop here first. It sure would have saved me countless hours of searching. Thank you Tina and the crew. You guys rock!

Great communication, quality, and delivery. Took the time to inspect the drop location ahead of time and very much delivered on what we were looking for! Worked with us to find the units that best suited our needs, overall a painless and pleasant transaction! Thanks Tina

Best pricing, quick delivery, great service. We shopped around with different shipping container companies and were unhappy with the high prices for low quality until a stranger told us about Rice Intermodal and the great price he got for a basic unit. We visited their lot and looked through the “bent and dent” specials. All in great shape for the price. We were so happy with the unit and service that we came back months later and bought a second one. First unit was delivered next day and the second one was same day. Both drivers went above and beyond to get the units in as well as they could in our little tree cubby.

Tina and her driver were stellar! Left the yard oriented in correctly...the driver lefty property and turned it around! Most kewl!Tina for her part found one of the containers that needed work...being on a budget, this was greatly appreciated! Many projects ALL competing for the same monies puts you at a terrible disadvantage! She made it work! Saving the day!!! Woop Woop 🎉Now the WORK begins putting "stuff" in storage...yikes 😳!Could not be more pleased with the purchase! Warm thoughts and good vibrations!ScottLand o Lakes FL
