I hate to say that, but it simply wasn't.When I brought my concerns to the builder, I was told, “That's as good as you're going to get in Greenville.” In other words, live with it.Well, I wasn't willing to accept that, so I went directly to the subcontractor, Carolina Floor Specialist. What a difference!Their response was immediate: “We have a lifetime warranty, and we're not happy until you're happy.”They came to my home, examined the floor, listened carefully to my concerns, and corrected the problem within a week. No excuses, no finger-pointing, and no making me feel as though my expectations were unreasonable. Unfortunately, some builders seem to consider their job finished once they hand over the keys. Warranty concerns become excuses, homeowners are made to feel too particular, and subcontractors are often portrayed as the problem.But my experience has taught me something quite different. The process of getting the epoxy flooring for our patio and garage floors was seamless. Welsey Mason was the supervisor and his team was very efficient, worked together well with each one knowing their task. They removed everything and covered with tarps so it would be concealed outside and not get rained on. The next afternoon they were back and replaced everything quickly. I highly recommend the company because of the quality of work and the efficiency of the process. The price was extemely reasonable.

Garage floors are awesome but it was the experience and team members that make this company great. Tim Worley did a great job finding a day a soon as possible to get my floors done before moving in to my home. He came by and gave a quote on the day and time we agreed to and was a genuine good guy. The team showed up on the day and time to start the process and finished when they told me they would. The owner even came out to walk the job and make sure I was satisfied with the work. CFS installed my garage floor in my new-build home in 2016.I recently noticed a small area of the floor where the epoxy had separated from the concrete and called them, as the floor has a lifetime warranty. I frankly expected them to say that I had done something to the floor, but I couldn't have been more wrong.
