Had such a great experience with Elegant Homewares. The first pillow I ordered wasn’t quite what I expected (I think I just picked the wrong firmness), but the team was so lovely, patient and quick to help me sort it out. They made the exchange process really easy and went out of their way to get the replacement sent express so it would arrive in time as it was a gift I needed to give by a certain date. The new pillow is perfect and exactly what I was after. Really impressed with their service and how smoothly everything was handled. Would definitely recommend!

I got one of their pillows and I am OBSESSED. Best sleep scores and I sleep heavier now! What I love is that I don’t hear synthetic sounds from the fibres in the pillow, knowing that it is natural is nice too. It’s good quality and has a thick double layer casing and I just love that it is bigger than a standard size pillow so I now own more space on the bed than my husband! .

I stayed at the intercontintal and fell in love with their pillows - found elegante and purchased two soft and two firm king pillows plus a feather mattress topper and they exceeded my expectations!
