The team did a great job with the removal of an old deck and paver patio and laying a big concrete pad. They communicated extremely well during the entire process. Even mulched and laid down some grass seed for areas around it.

Cory (and team) is the kind of guy you want working on your landscaping. Within minutes he came up with several design ideas for tricky areas of our yard—all of which we ended up doing, and all of which turned out great. Partway through the project, Cory realized that one of the walls they were nearly finished building would cause a problem down the road if I ever replaced our front driveway. He could have easily left it as-is, and I wouldn't have discovered the issue until years later. Instead, he came back by himself on a Sunday, took down two courses of retaining wall, and excavated deep enough to lay three courses instead—solving the problem before it ever became one. That's what showed me I could trust Cory to do right by his client, even at personal cost to him. Needless to say, this won't be the last time Cory works on the landscaping around my house. If you want a landscaper who won't cut corners and treats your property like it's his own, you can't go wrong with Cory and Quintessential Lawns.

The landscaping and front porch came out beautifully. All the neighbors have commented how great it looks. Would definitely use them again.

Cory and his team crafted a wonderful new expanded front stoop and walkway for my front yard. I can now put planters and chairs on this new area so I can enjoy either the early morning or early evening sun. I’ve thought about this project for a number of years and it turned out better than I had hoped. Thanks to everyone who worked on this for me.
