They managed every aspect of our Costa Rican villa stay seamlessly, including transportation and logistics to coordinating with the house managers, security guards, and housekeeping staff. Truly, everything was handled with care and professionalism.Their team was incredibly responsive and communicative, even when questions came up in the evenings or on weekends. We had an incredible week-long stay in Tamarindo through Villaway – Luxury Villa Experiences, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Our party of eight stayed in a beautiful home in Reserva de Golf, which was the perfect home base for both relaxation and adventure.Our pre-vacation concierge, Cathie, was absolutely terrific and truly made the trip seamless. She helped us plan our entire vacation from start to finish, arranging unforgettable experiences like a private catamaran cruise, zip lining, and an estuary tour. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, which made the trip completely stress-free. Collin was our on-site concierge and he very helpful for navigating our trip upon arrival.We rented a golf cart, which was a fun and easy way to get around the area, including trips to Hacienda Beach Club, where we enjoyed a delicious meal, and several wonderful dinners at the JW Marriott. Cathie also helped us arrange a private chef for one evening, which was a highlight of the week.The in-home experience was exceptional thanks to Karla, our on-site staff member. She was wonderful—preparing breakfasts, snacks, and drinks, keeping the house immaculate, and refreshing linens and towels throughout the week. Her care and attention made the stay feel truly luxurious.Overall, this was the perfect combination of comfort, service, relaxation, and adventure. We highly recommend Villaway and their team and would absolutely book with them again.
