Today I was able to do lunges without holding on to something for support. A first since my injury in 2021. I want to thank Kelsey and all the coaches at Catacombs who have been supportive and encouraging. Kelsey is so knowledgeable around mobility issues and adapting exercises based on where you are at. I cried lots (2x - good cries - smile) with Kelsey when I struggling to connect my brain and body. To build strength after an injury is so challenging as there is a disconnect. Kelsey said I could improve my proprioception, and she was right. It will never be 100% but building strength is the key. Thank you, Catacomb Coaches! I am deeply grateful.
