I had a wonderful experience with this board and care facility. From the moment my babushka was admitted , it was abundantly clear that the staff truly cared about the well-being of my 98 year old grandmother and comfort of their residents. The environment is warm, clean, and welcoming, which immediately gave our family peace of mind.The caregivers are attentive, compassionate, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure residents feel safe and supported. They take the time to get to know each resident personally, which makes a huge difference in the quality of care provided. Communication with families is also excellent—they keep us informed and are always available to answer questions or address concerns.The home itself is brand spanking new. It is very well maintained, comfortable, and feels more like a family environment than a facility. Meals are nutritious and thoughtfully prepared, and residents are encouraged to participate in activities that keep them engaged and socially connected.Overall, I highly recommend this board and care home to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and supportive place for their loved one. It is reassuring to know that residents are treated with dignity, kindness, and genuine compassion every day.

I had been hoping to find a place like this for six months, and when my mother was finally able to move in, my happiness had no limits.The owner is an incredibly kind and caring person who truly feels like a guardian angel for the residents. The caregivers are some of the most compassionate and warm-hearted people I have ever met. They treat my 98-year-old mother with so much respect, patience, and love.It gives me great peace of mind knowing she is surrounded by such wonderful people. I am deeply grateful to the owner and the entire team for the care and kindness they show every day. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

It is a difficult decision when your parent needs 24 hour care. When I found the Caring Heart board and care,I was relieved to find not only a clean and modern facility, but very loving and attentive staff that truly cared about my father’s well being. Many of my father’s friends commented how impressed they were of the facility and care. I am thankful that I gave my father the care and support he deserved until his final days. ♥️

We found this loving home for my father for the last three months of his life. It was beautiful , warm, modern and the caregivers treated my dad like they would their own grandfather . The kind caregivers made fresh , delicious and healthy food for my dad everyday and fed him till he could no longer eat.He was not an easy patient but they were able to manage him and help him with his every need.Placing my dad at Caring Heart was a decision I will never regret.

This is the most loving and nurturing board and care. The food is freshly prepared and made here. Residents and family feel at home here and this is beneficial to health and happiness. The caregivers are always interacting and personalizing care. This is a wonderful place!
