Bill has been managing the servicing of our Norweco water septic system that was installed over 20 years ago. We recently had issues with one of the alarms going off unexpectedly, I called Bill to see if he could drop by to take a look. Bill arrived the next day, inspected the issue and discovered the problem of weeds in and around the unit blocking proper water flow. We resolved the issue with hand digging around the perimeter of the system and removing all shrubs around the unit itself.In the process of doing this, we discovered another septic tank ( the original ) was actually connected to the Norweco system that only held solids however, the lids were buried and nobody was aware of this. Bill's guidance on this project was impeccable as only an experienced person who has real knowledge of systems can truly understand. It is as though Bill has laser vision and can actually see underground.Our experience with Bill has been absolutely remarkable in every way one could imagine; he answers your phone calls, answers your questions with details and offers an opportunity to learn about your unit so you can become responsible with it. You don't think about your plumbing until it begins to cause issues, then you have issues! Bill and his crew were outstanding, were accountable for all of their work. I called several companies to get quotes for installing two risers on our septic tank.Bill was responsive and was the only one who provided a quote right away. I still haven't heard back from the other companies, and the job has already been completed.Bill scheduled his team promptly, and they arrived on time—actually 15 minutes early, which I consider right on time. The installation was completed in about 30 minutes. They also took the time to answer my questions and provided helpful tips and information on maintaining the septic system.The crew was courteous, professional, and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Bill took time to explain how ideally a sceptic system should operate. He was patient with his instructions making sure we understood , the warning signs to look for, the importance of maintenance with the filter. He showed up on time, went to work and got the job done. And he dropped by a week later to have a look/see to ensure all was working as planned. I would certainly recommend him to anyone needing sceptic system work.

I looked for various technicians to help me with my septic tank issue and then I finally found bill's septic tank service. Other technician's gave me an extreme quote without checking what the issue was and some did not show up to the agreed meeting time whereas Bill's Septic tank service did not do any of that. I am extremely grateful to have met Bill because the issue I had gave me such a headache. Bill checked my issue and was able to teach me some things about my septic tank as I am still a new owner to a home with septic tanks. Thankful to have come across a post on Facebook for bills septic service ! Got a quote together quickly for us, when he came to do the work offered us a TON of useful knowledge and gave amazing advice. Turned out that we didn’t need everything that we were told originally by another company and he told us right away.
