Bill took time to explain how ideally a sceptic system should operate. He was patient with his instructions making sure we understood , the warning signs to look for, the importance of maintenance with the filter. He showed up on time, went to work and got the job done. I looked for various technicians to help me with my septic tank issue and then I finally found bill's septic tank service. Other technician's gave me an extreme quote without checking what the issue was and some did not show up to the agreed meeting time whereas Bill's Septic tank service did not do any of that. I am extremely grateful to have met Bill because the issue I had gave me such a headache. Bill checked my issue and was able to teach me some things about my septic tank as I am still a new owner to a home with septic tanks. Got a quote together quickly for us, when he came to do the work offered us a TON of useful knowledge and gave amazing advice.
