My 7‑year‑old granddaughter had an appointment today at Packard Dental, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment we walked in, the staff treated her with kindness and made sure she felt safe and relaxed. They explained everything in a way she could understand, were gentle, and made the whole experience positive for her.It’s rare to find a dental office that’s this good with children. Five stars all the way.

These guys are awesome. Friendly and funny. They make you feel relaxed and explain every step of the way. So glad that I switched from Rock run to here. Had a crown replaced and it went so smooth and the 1.5hr total time is amazing. Thanks Dr. Joe

My family and I have gone to Dr. Packard since 1997( when he was behind 7-11 in Roy by the airport),before he had his own practice! We drove from the Syracuse area and were excited to see he had his own business a few years later when we had moved up to the West Haven area!He along with his staff always go out of their way to greet you with a smile! They are genuinely friendly,always gentle and caring!They always ask before just doing anything to make sure you are on board with what is taking place. They make sure you don’t feel pain before they start and are truly comfortable!They will give you a fair estimate of what your dental work out of pocket cost be and work with you on payments if you are eligible and if needed.They will give you qualified,friendly outside referrals if needed, that are just as amazing as Dr. Packard is-(ok almost)!Dr. Packard, his family and his staff are the type that are active in their local community. They give back in many different ways! It just goes to show the integrity and compassion that he has for his patients, the community, his business, his family and his life!Thank you for 22 years of awesome services so far!🤩Update 8/8/2026Still love Packard Dental even though my original Dr. has retired and his sons run the business now!They have done a great, if not better job than Dr. Packard did! My hygienist is the best! The office staff is wonderful and easy to work with. Would recommend in a heartbeat! I will not go anywhere else!
