Vinay was an excellent partner in my home purchase journey. He helped me understand the home buying process and what to expect early on. He was very knowledgeable about different loan programs and found the best solution to suit my financial situation. Going into the home buying process, I had very specific requirements for what I was looking for and didn't want to settle. Because of his proactive approach, we were able to find a property and put an offer on it even before other buyers had chance to see it. Also, during the period when homes were selling well over the asking price, Vinay negotiated a great deal where I got the home for the asking price including all the furniture (which easily added up to around 30-40K). Vinay is fantastic at what he does and I would highly recommend him to all of my friends and family.

Vinay really made the home buying experience simple and stress free! As a first time home buyer there was a lot I didn't know. Vinay was very knowledgeable and educated me through the entire home buying process (putting in offers, contingencies, appraisals, loans, creative financing, and negotiating terms), which allowed me to enjoy the journey. Although my journey was not without some hiccups, he consistently assured me that everything was going to be okay and he stayed calm and always acted as an advocate / mediator for me. I could not have asked for a better home buying experience and would recommend him to everyone and anyone! He was a large part of why I am able to start the next chapter of my life in my first home, something I will never forget!
