⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars – Excellent Service!Russell did an outstanding job! He arrived on time, was extremely professional, and worked diligently throughout the entire cleaning process. He was also very knowledgeable and offered some genuinely helpful advice, which I appreciated. What impressed me most was his honesty and professionalism. Unlike so many service providers these days, Russell wasn’t constantly trying to upsell additional services. He simply focused on doing the job well, and the results speak for themselves. It’s refreshing to encounter someone who takes pride in their work and genuinely values customer satisfaction. I would absolutely recommend Russell and wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again!

Steam N Fresh was recommended by my realtor. Russell texted me with plenty of notice that he would be arriving early. The house is a rental unit that I'm considering selling and the carpet was abused. There are a few stains that will never come out and bleached areas near the laundry area but thanks to Russell I don't have to replace the carpet in order to sell the home.

Russell single-handedly cleaned our entire office’s carpet yesterday and the results are amazing. The carpet has never looked this good!! His prices are also great. Thank you so much, Russell!

Highly recommend! So the other day, my dog decided to chew up our carpet, while I was working a super long shift. And my mom came home before I did and seen it, and started to spaz out because she had just came back from vacation. And your house being destroyed isn’t something you wouldn’t want to come back home from vacation too. So I got in contact with Russell and he came, did the job in a timely manner, Very professional, and was very affordable. Honestly, being said he saved me from being un-alived from the wrath of my mom haha
