Great service. Had replacements of 2 Velux windows, very reasonable quote, service was brilliant from Mark and both Morgan + Charlie who came out to complete the job. The job itself was done to a high standard, both lads cleaned up after themselves too so minimal mess, very professional service too, will definitely use this company again!

We called RTC to replace two old Velux sky lights and Mark and the lads did a great job! Turned up on time to finish the job! Recently called them again to reattach a waste pipe to the wall with brackets! I rang Friday and they came on Monday!

Mark was brilliant, quick to come and quote and gave a couple of options for the roof and gutter repairs we needed. Uncovered perished membrane when the slates were taken off but was able to install new in the same visit. Excellent job and communication throughout, would definitely recommend to friends and family. Mark is an absolute gentleman and goes above and beyond to help out, RTC inform you in advance to when they are coming and arrive when they say which is unheard of in the roofing trade 🤣I develop sell and rent property so I've had 2 full roof replacements.. a chimney stack repair, a removal and replacement of all existing tiles on an extension whilst 3 steel beams and 3 x sets bifold doors were fitted on separate houses ... literally nothing is a problem...But were RTC excelled was on a personal job for my uncle who has dementia who had been badly let down by a previous cowboy roofer who refused to finish the job and brought him to tears with stress ..Mark happily stepped in to help and addressed all the snags left by the previous incompetent roofer and was calling my uncle with regular updates to keep his mind at ease .. this job was also on a tricky specialized curved bay installation and repairs on a whole new roof .. once completed my aunty and uncle were so happy that the stress and anxiety was now over and the job completed all thanks to RTC.Mark and his lads are polite and professional and very tidy his prices are very reasonable and honest..Thanks for all the work you have done.. I'll be in touch on the next one 👌

I have had my roof done in the past with very little success, but as soon as I came across RTC I haven’t had any problems whatsoever, not only was the roof an exceptional job, the care and courtesy towards cleaning around the site was outstanding. Truly a company that takes pride in their work and looks after their customers.
