Mark at RTC roofing did a great job at replacing the flat roof on our bay window, he was very quick to respond to enquiry, Mark came out within two days to give a very competitive quote, and arranged to do the job the following week. Mark and the team have completed an excellent job all within a day, a first class job very neat and tidy work, no mess left on site.Thank you Mark and RTC roofing.

The lads were very polite and chatty. They would knock to let me know they were here in the morning and let me know the plan for that day. They appeared confident and did a great job

Three friendly lads turned up, got scaffolding up & fixed a broken roof tile and rotten battens all in an hour and a half. They did such a good job, you’d never know it’d been done and they swept up all the mess too.I’d happily recommend them as the price was reasonable too.

Prompt response, explained to us what our options were when we had a small leak in our roof, and did a great repair at a reasonable price. Also tidied up afterwards which not everyone does! Would definitely recommend

The best service and value for money. I had several quotes for a new roof- they were by far the best value for money and did not disappoint with the end result and guarantee. Highly recommend!

Used this company for the second time last year. Fascia board on summerhouse replaced and some minor repairs to main roof. Everything done in the one visit, despite increasingly heavy rain, and all problems sorted satisfactorily. Great service.

A really good, reliable and trustworthy specialist roofing contractor whom I couldn’t recommend highly enough. We had a joint job with my adjoining semi-detached neighbour and the new roof, facias, guttering etc were first class. Easy to deal with and helpful with advice leading to complete customer satisfaction including a competitive price.

I then received a detailed quote and once accepted the job was booked in quickly and the repair work carried out within a few days.Very happy with the work they carried out. All the team are very friendly, do a great job and tidy up afterwards.

Great service. Efficient and answered questions and provide quote and expected start date quickly. When delayed, due to weather, this was also communicated well. Very professional. No mess left behind, hardly knew they had been to the property. Would recommend.

Great service. Had replacements of 2 Velux windows, very reasonable quote, service was brilliant from Mark and both Morgan + Charlie who came out to complete the job. The job itself was done to a high standard, both lads cleaned up after themselves too so minimal mess, very professional service too, will definitely use this company again!

We called RTC to replace two old Velux sky lights and Mark and the lads did a great job! Turned up on time to finish the job! Recently called them again to reattach a waste pipe to the wall with brackets! I rang Friday and they came on Monday!

Mark was brilliant, quick to come and quote and gave a couple of options for the roof and gutter repairs we needed. Uncovered perished membrane when the slates were taken off but was able to install new in the same visit. Excellent job and communication throughout, would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thanks again Mark 👍🏼

Mark is an absolute gentleman and goes above and beyond to help out, RTC inform you in advance to when they are coming and arrive when they say which is unheard of in the roofing trade 🤣I develop sell and rent property so I've had 2 full roof replacements.. a chimney stack repair, a removal and replacement of all existing tiles on an extension whilst 3 steel beams and 3 x sets bifold doors were fitted on separate houses ... literally nothing is a problem...But were RTC excelled was on a personal job for my uncle who has dementia who had been badly let down by a previous cowboy roofer who refused to finish the job and brought him to tears with stress ..Mark happily stepped in to help and addressed all the snags left by the previous incompetent roofer and was calling my uncle with regular updates to keep his mind at ease .. this job was also on a tricky specialized curved bay installation and repairs on a whole new roof .. once completed my aunty and uncle were so happy that the stress and anxiety was now over and the job completed all thanks to RTC.Mark and his lads are polite and professional and very tidy his prices are very reasonable and honest..Thanks for all the work you have done.. I'll be in touch on the next one 👌

I have had my roof done in the past with very little success, but as soon as I came across RTC I haven’t had any problems whatsoever, not only was the roof an exceptional job, the care and courtesy towards cleaning around the site was outstanding. Truly a company that takes pride in their work and looks after their customers.
