A great deal of my confidence in this company has beed the ability of this company to respond to changes in helpers . They are very well trained to meet the demands of the folks with whom they are assisting. And one of those all around personnel is Kassie. She was so helpful in keeping up with doctor appointments / medicine ,and daily routines. Since my wife was battling cancer ,Kassie often times took her to doctor offices, labs, procedures, and hospitals. She has a great memory, excellent knowledge of phones, computers, and most any item that is a techional and difficult. Our whole family was so impressed with her that we began noting she was a member of the family. I believe she will have a great future. Harry and Dee lawton

McLeod strived to provide excellent care and met my father n law s needs during a recent crisis. We were given 24 hours notice from a local avute hospital. We thought he would be directly discharged to the skilled rehab, but they didn t have a bed available for 5 days since he had COVID. Annalee took my phone call on a Saturday. The office was wonderful in staffing a case for 24/7 care until Dad could transfer to skilled care. Dad lived in Winnsboro and only 2 companies served that area. I could not be more pleased with the quick response and turn around. Dad s plans were to return home, but unfortunately he had to stay in skilled care.

McLeod Home Care has helped my mom (and her children who live out of state) tremendously. The beauty of McLeod is getting the services needed for each particular situation.My mom only needs assistance midday (with her main meal). The amount of time she needs assistance is minimal but crucial. Alicia and Pat are her usual caregivers. They both treat my mom very well. While I have not seen Pat, my mom speaks highly of her. I have witnessed how Alicia does things according to my mom’s desires with a smile.

Today, Keyanna & Alicia made it a point to walk with my Mom outside. They know her from independent side (they provided medication administration along with Pat and Joanne ). They lifted her spirits...she looked better, was talkative and told Alicia she was going home with her! I suspect she'll rest better tonight after the activity she so loves!Keyanna knew which juices Mom preferred and helped me plan a grocery store trip to fill her refrigerator with her favorites. Such a good suggestion.This is just today! Their attentiveness and thoughtfulness mean the world to me.
