I know personally from working with everyone at McLeod Home care, how dedicated the staff is. From Tim and Melissa, who are the owners to every caregiver that works there. The management staff is 5 star - they are doing things in Homecare that nobody else is. Best thing is that it’s all about their clients and families. I would definitely trust them with my loved ones. What a great service! Pam and her team have been lifesavers when I was scrambling to arrange care for one parent while the other one was in the hospital. She appreciated the urgency of the situation and arranged for a same day in home evaluation. We were able to start that night. She is well connected with the elder care community and gave me a lead on a respite stay facility. Five stars aren’t enough. They will exceed your expectations.

I am so grateful for the assistance that Mia, Sam and their team gave me and my mother. My mother suffers from Alzheimers and needed full time care after moving into a facility. My mother had kind, caring and attentive help who even were willing to go walking with her on a daily basis. The genuine good people that were with my mother were simply next level which speaks volumes to me. When you lead with kindness and caring it really shows.

McLeod Home Care has done a wonderful job of helping my mother regain her confidence and independence at home following a hospital stay. Everyone we dealt with was kind, caring, and professional. They are interested in meeting their clients’ specific needs and take time to discover what those are while also being flexible should those needs change. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I called Mcleod home care for my elderly father And stepmother. Pam Corley was the first person I spoke with and she was absolutely wonderful and helpful. She went above and beyond getting information going over to my father’s house to meet and talk with them. I think she spent two hours there Pam called me twice just to follow up with my dad even before we signed up with them. We finally set up Home Health to come to their house for a few days after my father had surgery and Kenya was wonderful with them. She cooked, cleaned, did laundry, Took my stepmother, Who has dementia, for a walk Down by The river. Although my father’s very stubborn, he did appreciate the help that they gave. And it’s great to know that they are available at a moments notice in case we need them again. Thank you, Mcleod Home Health!

McLeod has been such a blessing! My parents are new to having in home care and so far both them and myself have been thrilled with the care being provided. As their daughter it gives me great peace of mind that they are getting this additional support and help they need to stay safely in their own home as long as possible.
