Ive worked for McLeod a little over a year so far. I love the company because they actually are about the staff and the families we take care of. Good to see that others who have received care with us are happy too. There's not a day that I don't hear our extended family meaning the clients/patients say I love you or I appreciate you. Definitely makes a difference in this field.

For over a year, McLeod Home Care provided 20+ hours a week of care for my mom until she passed away in August 2025. My mom had Parkinson's disease and dementia.What I appreciated most about McLeod's staff was their accessibility, reliability and punctuality. I never had an issue getting someone on the phone when I had a question or concern. Lauren, Leslie, and Angelika were wonderful. When a caregiver called out due to illness or a family emergency, they were able to quickly get one of their floaters, Carol, Kenya, or Blake to provide coverage. They never hesitated in helping me get my mom the care she needed. Thanks to their reliability, I was able to continue working.I am particularly grateful to three of McLeod's caregivers - Edneshia, Kay, and Yvonne. They provided excellent care to my mom, and they were lovely, caring women. I'd recommend them to anyone.
