Unbeknownst to me, I had a small limb puncture the roof over my garage. Rennison installed James Hardie fiber cement siding products, which replaced existing vinyl siding on a previous house addition and also replaced vinyl ceilings on our front and back porches. Rennison also installed James Hardie vinyl facia and soffits to replace similar items of a different brand that had deteriorated over time. The new materials all seem to be very high quality and the installation process was excellent. The work crew showed up every single day for 7 work days and diligently worked full work days each day. They were friendly and responded well to my specific requests. I would hire them for any similar future needs, and I recommend them to others.

We used this company to install Hardy board plank. The work was beautiful and promptly completed with the labor subbed out. Their sub did excellent work. It was $40,000 to do a two-story 3000 square-foot home. Lloyd, the sales person that we worked with, explained that Hardy board company sends everything in bundled pallets so there was a LOT more than we needed for our home, but we weren't allowed to keep the extra supplies that were sent to our site despite paying for the entire bundle. They did let us keep cut scraps to put on our barn. We used this company because our neighbor had and really did receive good service (Service included supplies, labor, a porta potty for workers and a dumpster). In hindsight, I would probably do more price comparison based on what the Hardy Board and labor actually cost versus what we paid. If you don't mind buying extra supplies and paying a contractor to organize the subs, this is the perfect situation. The results are really nice

A fantastic company, man if you left a voicemail, they called you back almost immediately the worker was fantastic. You make sure you checked everything twice and the companies inspector. You did a very fantastic job inspecting the entire roof and make sure everything that needed to be repaired was going to be repaired and he even came back to check on the worker to check how the work was was coming along
