We completed a major home retrofit with PowerHouse Home Performance: dense-pack insulation, air sealing, a dual-fuel cold-climate Navien heat pump (indoor + outdoor units), and a 65-gallon Navien heat pump water heater. The project also involved electrical panel upgrades and utility coordination — a lot of moving pieces. Chance and the team managed it all seamlessly, coordinating every trade and all the utility rebates from start to finish. It was financed through the Fort Collins Utilities EPIC Home Loan, which made the investment much more accessible. The end result is a noticeably more comfortable, efficient home. Highly recommend PowerHouse to anyone in Fort Collins considering a home performance retrofit.

Powerhouse Home Performance did a fantastic job. The first time they came to insulate around my mobile home skirting, and they were great and then they returned a second time.They were able to figure out a way to add heat under a very tight space under my mobile home to 3 rooms that were previously added to the original. There was no heat in those rooms for years and the amount of work I had to do to winterize those rooms was what I would call crazy. So they were able to do that and I felt like I won the lottery. The company guys treated me with professionalism, respect and listened to my concerns. I really appreciate them, and I believe you will too. Give them a call, you'll be glad you did.
