I’ve placed several orders with this company over time. Unfortunately, the service quality has been very inconsistent.Only MR Mobeen and Mr Sokh have been professional, polite, and reliable with their promises. The rest of the staff often do not answer phone calls, and the deadlines they give seem to have no value.On multiple occasions, I was asked to travel all the way from West London to collect work that was supposedly ready, but when I arrived, nothing had been prepared.In particular, Hamzeh (the CNC operator) and his team repeatedly promised that jobs would be completed by the end of the day. However, when I arrived, the work was still unfinished, and I was told to come back the next morning. This continued repeatedly until Thursday at 6 PM.Overall, the service from this team has been extremely poor and caused serious delays and embarrassment for us in front of our own customer.

When I first contacted Premier Awnings (Sign Architects) I had many questions about the delivery, Quality, Installation etc etc.Those questions were answered in a timely & professional manner by Tahir Ali, always with a quick timely response.I decided to purchase their Full Cassette unit with fitted LED lights.The unit was delivered to my property exactly when they said it would be. On unpacking the very robust protective material, I was completely taken aback by the Quality of the unit. It really is a solid robust piece of kit.A full installation guide & video was supplied as I intended to fix the unit myself (If anyone else goes down this route, please note you must be skilled & competent, do not underestimate the weight for lifting)My installation went well, once powered up the unit kicked into life via the remote control, It glides in & out effortlessly, It will stop where you desire or go to its maximum projection. The LED lighting is also seamlessly fitted into the working arms & rear cassette.I am a 100% satisfied & very happy customer.Premier Awnings are without doubt a premier Company with a Premier Product.Well done all involved.
