I tell people that Charlie/Sam/Ed are the walking Google of real estate investing. I believe that learning is done best when you are talking with people that have already been through it, and these three have seen pretty much gone through every single real estate deal known to human. My life has changed from working with them because I know they will be honest about each deal and steer me in the best direction. Outside of business, these three are the most amazing human beings I've ever met. Relationships go a long way in this industry, and I'm so honored to know them in this life. If I listed all the things Charlie/Sam/Ed helped me with, I could probably write a book (the irony since they've also wrote one!). As a beginning investor that knows pretty much nothing about the investment space, they have always made me feel comfortable and guided me in making the best decision for myself. Everyone's risk tolerance and personalities are different. This plays a huge role in the investment space since we are dealing with people all day long. They have helped me figure out what I'm able to do, but also push me to go out of my comfort zone. Learning from Charlie/Sam/Ed is like taking a course that actually applies in real life, unlike the courses I took in college. It has been an extremely fruitful experience and that's why it makes it so easy for me to refer them. I will vouch for them every single time and if there was a Charlie/Sam/Ed fan club, I would be president!

I worked with Charlie, Sam & Ed on a house my husband and I recently remodeled and sold. While we have owned and sold several properties over the years, this was our first real, "heavy duty" fixer. It went very well! (Pro tip: when you find a good contractor, never let them go!) There's still much to learn and more houses to flip, but we're on the right track because we're taking action. Also with Charlie, Sam and Ed's help, we were able to gain experience in the creative funding side of real estate investing. I'm most excited about this part because it's the kind of knowledge that will only open more doors for us. (Just to share how successful this project was: we sold the house in 48 hours for $5K over asking because it got into a bidding war between several buyers. Not typical, especially in this high-interest-rates market...but it can be done!) If you get a chance to work with this trio of real estate pros, do it. On to the next project...
