From the first phone call to the final visit, jim was professional, very friendly, quick at visiting, responsive, and genuinely helpful and quickly put my mind at ease to the issues i was having.He was very quick to identify the issues, explained everything clearly, and got the rat issue under control far quicker than I expected.Jim is extremely thorough and popped back for repeat visits weekly. He also gave great advice on preventing any future problems, which was really reassuring.Honestly, I can’t recommend enough. Excellent service, excellent communication, and excellent results. If you have a vermin problem, jim is definitely your guy!

I called over a weekend and was so relieved to get a very quick response to my 'rat problem' and Jim was at the house within 2 hours. He was really professional, friendly and calming. He explained everything, what he would do and why, and what I could expect. I would not hestitate to recomend, this was not a pleasant situation but it was made so much more manageable knowing Jim knew exactly what he was doing. My house was soon rat free!!
