My mom has had an aide for the past years. When the aide had a family emergency, I freaked out. I needed someone to care for my bed-ridden mother during her waking hours. Vitas suggested CareGivers, and I was very pleased at their service. For starters, I only needed five days, until my mother's aide returned. They were able to accommodate such request.
