Caregivers of America has provided care with an aide now for the last few years for my elderly mother. Shawn who has been my mom's care coordinator throughout and has always been attentive to my mom's needs and requests. With myself not being a resident of Florida, it gave me comfort that she was receiving the assistance she needed while maintaining her independence. When Shawn was not available on any particular day, other staff members filled in seamlessly. Unfortunately, my mom has reached a point in life where she can no longer live on her own. I, along with my mom have always had professional and courteous interactions with Caregivers of America. In retrospect, I am glad my mom found and chose Caregivers for her care and assistance with daily living. They will be missed.
