If you are on the fence about whether this company is in business for the right reasons or not please read about my positive experiences and allow me to put your mind at ease.My first point of contact at Golden Hour Wellness was Rana, who made me feel comfortable and at ease from the moment I called to get more info to see if this treatment was right for me. Never once did I feel like I was just another person calling to get scheduled and on the books.Rana was so kind and allowed me to fully explain my situation and what I was having problems with. She made me feel heard.After taking the time to listen to me, we decided to take the next step to have a phone consultation with the doctor.I was facing a time restraint because of prior upcoming commitments, so she went above and beyond in order to fit me into their busy schedule so that I could get treatment right away.BTW this initial phone call took place on a Friday afternoon. I am so thankful that Rana was able to get me on a phone consultation with Dr Ali on that Sunday so that if I was approved for treatment I could begin right away.On Sunday I had the phone call with Dr. Ali. From the moment we started talking I felt like I was talking to a friend, not a doctor. We spent just over an hour on the phone. It blew me away that he was willing to spend that much time with me on a Sunday evening. I could feel that he cared. He wanted to get the full picture of my particular situation in order to determine if ketamine could help me.Never did I feel like he was just hurrying to gather the information or that he wanted to get off the phone. Dr Ali was genuinely interested in me and my story.After I shared my history with him, he was honest with me about if the treatment would work for my pain and made a point not to make any false promises. Dr Ali gave me his honest opinion that there was a possibility that it may not work for me. Ultimately we decided that it was worth trying and he approved me for treatment the following dayI did 3 separate 3-hour sessions that very week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.I have to mention that I was extremely nervous to do this treatment. All the “what if’s” we’re running through my mind.When I showed up at the office I walked into a safe, calming atmosphere with soft lighting and relaxing music.I was greeted by Rana, who came in on her day off just to meet me (huge surprise for me) just because on our original phone call I mentioned I wanted to meet her.I was shocked she would go out of her way to make that in-person connection with me.Who does that? Someone who cares!Over the three sessions I had three different nurse practitioners. I could write a book on how amazing all three of them were. They gracefully handled my every need before, during and after each treatment. I could feel that my comfort and experience was their number one priority.I brought my own blanket and pillow and spent 3 hours in the most comfortable recliner ever! It was such a cozy feeling that I didn’t expect prior to treatment.Thank you Golden Hour Wellness for helping me. My heart is full of love and gratitude to the entire team!I hope sharing my experience can help other people know that if you choose Golden Hour for treatment that you will be very well taken care of.

History of chronic pain that nothing touches. Had 2 of my 3 infusions so far and feel way better. Looking forward to the last one! Had my infusions in a nice quiet setting. Nurse that looks after me during my iv is wonderful.

I honestly have had such a great experience with this clinic. Everyone has been kind, welcoming, and easy to talk to. They make you feel comfortable, they actually listen, and they are always very responsive when I have questions or concerns.I also really appreciate their hours because they make it much easier to schedule appointments around work, family, and everyday life. They have always been very accommodating and helpful whenever I needed anything.As a veteran, it also means a lot to me that they support military members and veterans. That kind of support is personal for me, and it definitely does not go unnoticed.You can tell they genuinely care about the people who come through their doors. I’m really glad I found them, and I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a place where they will feel heard, supported, and cared for.

I have received services and care from this location for about 2 months. They are always very attentive, courteous, and kind. The treatment itself helps me very much and the staff administers it with great care. The treatment rooms are very clean and well attended to. I am very pleased with the services I receive.

My sister and I both have done ketamine therapy at the Naperville location and have had a great experience. The staff are all very kind and welcoming and professional at the same time. Would definitely recommend.

This clinic has a professional but non-clinical atmosphere. The staff are kind and take the time to understand your needs on a personal level. The chairs are super comfortable and I always feel valued when I visit. Kat, APRN, did my last infusion and I can not recommend her enough. She is a seasoned healthcare provider with a warm presence and is highly intuitive, with a great personality. She understood my needs before I was aware of them and I felt completely care for when I was in my most vulnerable state. She was fun and funny and I almost don't want anyone to know about her so I can always get a booking with her (j/k). Golden Hour is special and if you feel you are a candidate for this type of care, I recommend reaching out to learn more about this facility.

I have struggled with my mental health for years and Spravato was the first medicine that actually had a quick and positive effect on me. If you are at all thinking of Ketamine therapy give them a call and after just the first call you will understand just how passionate and caring they are. *Plus they have jolly ranchers. At my first treatment, I told them that Cherry falvor was my favorite, after that every single time I went they remembered and made sure I always had them. I've completed 4 out of 6 KAP sessions with Rachel. Abril and Liesel have been assisting with the infusions. They are both absolutely wonderful. They make sure I'm comfortable, answer any questions I have, and to be honest, was like I was hanging out with my friends. It made the whole experience such a blessing.Rana is super responsive to questions and available by text, which is ideal for me because I tend to work the hours they are open.I've been a client of Rachel for a few years. We set my intentions prior to the infusion and recap after. It helps me to read deeper into what transpired during so I really solidify my thoughts and experience.To be honest, I'm sad it's only 6 infusions. I've learned so much about myself and want to continue on this journey. If you are on the fence, I would definitely recommend Golden Hour Wellness!

The severe depression and complicate grief was crippling me for the past 2 years. I had tried everything to overcome it but I just kept falling deeper into it and was left with very little hope. Alternative therapy was suggested to me by a Psychologist/doctor who I trust very much.After the first infusion, my life changed dramatically with days. The staff and Dr.Ali are very professional and clear experts in these treatments. They do everything they can to make sure you are safe and comfortable during the treatment. My experience as a support person was phenomenal. The care and compassion received was top notch. Everything has been so carefully curated at the Naperville location. The location was right on Washington street, has a large parking lot, and had handicap accessibility which made the process for multiple treatments so much easier. The convenience of having a 9a-9pm schedule 7 days a week made making appointments outside of my work hours super convenient. The suite and infusion rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Everything was so very clean. My mother received exceptional care from Cole, Kat, Himadri and Leisel. Rana, the director went above and beyond for us and I will be eternally grateful.
