I had a great experience with Bent Nail. I called them yesterday, and they were able to come out the very next day to give me a quote and even better, they fixed the issue the same day.My gate had been a bit loose, which made me nervous with my dogs in the backyard. Bruce came out, reinforced it, and now it doesn’t move an inch. I feel so much more secure knowing it’s solid and safe.Fast, professional, and high-quality work. I would definitely recommend them!

I don't have enough good words to say...we have a giant 'homemade' front door that had given us trouble for years...sticking, hard to lock, expanding with weather etc. Thought it needed to be rehung and called Bruce at Bent Nail - he came over within an hour and gave a detailed explanation of what was wrong, and what wasn't wrong, with the door. He said it was fine and just needed some fine tuning around the lock. He told my husband he could easily fix it himself and didn't need his service! He wouldn't even take any money for his time, calling it 'customer relations'.Husband did as he said and door is now perfect.Wow. Just so appreciative for Bruce's time, expertise and kindness.He also rescues dogs. 100% a gem.Thanks so much for the 'old fashioned' customer service!Don't hesitate to call this company.
