I can not give Leibel Law enough stars. I was involved in a very serious car crash involving a large truck and suffered brain damage and and reinjured a preview area in my low back. At first things seemed to be going great, I had a great staff on my case but as time went on I had more and more issues that would pop up. From the very beginning I was warned that this would probably take roughly two years because it was more of a 'minor' case for them to take on but was assured that the outcome would be in my favor as long as I was willing to wait, well I agreed fully knowing what I was embarking on. Well as time went on it seemed like I was pushed to the back burner and forgotten about. I would call periodically to check in on things because I would not hear from anyone in quite some time and it was like I was starting the whole process over again. I had to keep informing and describing the purpose of this case to each new person that I had talked to, and it seemed no matter when I called or when I was contacted by the office I was always talking to someone different who didn't know the case. There was serious lack of communication between one another in the office when they would hand off my case to the next person and I was the one who had to remind them of why we were doing certain things in the first place and what the end goal was. I seemed to be more of a thorn for the staff to deal with than a customer willing to bring business to them no matter how small. Overall I was not satisfied with how things progressed nor how they turned out. After hearing great things about the firm I had expected more of them, but I guess that's what you get when you assume things. Less

I called and got immediately hooked up with a very nice paralegal who took my basics, and then transferred me to Steve. He did a really good job educating me on my options, and in the end basically helped me to understand the reality of my situation. Armed with some new understanding, I went back to the Insurance company and was able to work out a quick settlement that really was fair and reasonable.
