Wouldn’t even leave a star if I had a choice. I called to get help for someone who needs it, and the girl who answered the phone was so nasty and rude. She started talking to me like she was ready to fight me, like as if I had called her personal cell phone as a stranger. She was upset, because I started the call with “hey”. I said “hey” because I was happy to hear a voice on the other end. This was the first time I have ever called a place like this and hopefully the last. When people are stressed out, the last thing they need is to be talked to like they walked into the wrong house. I just wanted to make sure her boss knows how she talks to people who are trying to patronize their business. Less
