UPDATE: As of 3/14:18m after posting this review, the owner responded. I then received a call from the Sales Associate Ebony that afternoon. She apologized, told me the movers ran into issues during the move (that I was not made privy to), but had been in communication with management.They refunded me for the additional 2 hours plus tax (in return for deletion of this review). I offered to update it rather than delete because I think it's important to show the excellent way they responded to the problem. Changing my review from 1 star, to 4, which I think is fair.-----I really didn’t want it to have to resort to a negative review - I typically only leave positive. However, I feel like it’s only right to warn folks before choosing Hercules.A caveat - I’ve now called and left voicemails twice this week, trying to resolve this offline to prevent this review - and have yet to get a call back.I would give Hercules 5 stars solely based on the movers themselves. Josh and Thomas were great!!

!Based on the quote I received, and how much it ended up being by the end of it all (DOUBLE), I give 1 star.I received a quote of $495 to move a single commercial treadmill from Westerville to Thornville. They told me they move commercial treadmills all the time. It ended up being $851.70 (AFTER the $100 deposit was applied).So, a total of $951.70, not including cash tip. (Now, maybe this was because they sent a 30ft semi to move a 7x4.5’ treadmill…)I made sure to be incredibly accurate with describing the home we were moving to, how many steps, etc.I understand maybe $100-150 over quote, but nearly double is pretty ridiculous.If I had known it would have amounted to double, I would’ve gone with their competitor who quoted me $1k up front, with 4 movers instead of 2 and half the time.I’ve now called and left voicemails twice. No call returned. I paid the movers without questioning them Friday, because it wasn’t their fault or responsibility to haggle with me… and again, they were great. 

Id also been with them from 3:15 (time I met them at the gym) to 9 (time they finished at our home).I’d be curious to know how much the person earlier in the day paid to move their commercial treadmill and if jobs ending up costing double is a regular occurrence…It’s a shame, I have a massive network in the Columbus area that regularly need movers that I would have loved to share Hercules with. Zero star would be too much. NEVER AGAIN. The worst moving experience I ever had at one point I saw them rolling my nightstand up upstairs, I'm disgusted with them never again I would never recommend them to anyone. Why do it did I need to pay you the damage my furniture, a nightstand can be carried by a child and these lazy scammer wasted time, over charge me, and damage my furniture. NEVER AGAIN. Less

Joshua and Tom were phenomenal! I moved from a two story house to a different two story house with lots of large furniture items. Nothing was damaged and the move took exactly the estimated time. I also had a blast chatting with them while they were working (such nice guys!) This is the second time I have used Hercules to move and I will definitely be coming back to this company when I need to move again. If you need help with a big move- look no further! I do recommend giving as accurate of an estimate for number of boxes and furniture items as possible because this will impact the time to move and overall cost - the more accurate your estimate on how much you need them to move the better! These guys were absolutely amazing! They moved a 1,000 pound safe out of my house and didn't leave a scratch anywhere! That's right 1 thousand pounds it took 4 of them! Less
