A HUGE help! We were overwhelmed as two married contractors & recent homebuyers trying to use TurboTax, so we sought in-person help instead. We approached the meeting embarrassed with how little we understood but William was SO helpful, and gave us lots of good advice and knowledge. In less then an hour everything was sorted and our taxes were e-filed. Great service. Documents and billing are handled through an online portal which is so easy to use, too.
