Visited Serenity Smiles for the first time yesterday. Was greeted promptly in the lobby by the receptionist. Eric took me back for X-rays right away and then Dr. Waters stopped in to perform an oral exam. Finally, Eduardo, the hygienist did a really good job with the cleaning. Everyone was professional and friendly and the office was very welcoming. Happy new customer!

I had quite a long and frustrating experience with dental work prior to coming to Dr. Waters, including an implant and crown process that took nearly 18 months to complete. Unfortunately, the crown that was originally placed was not compatible with my implant, which led to multiple visits just to tighten and adjust it—never fully resolving the issue.During a routine cleaning, I brought this up again and honestly expressed my frustration. I had even told Dr. Waters previously that if I had to come back one more time for the same issue, I was ready to have the crown removed altogether and give up on it.That’s when Dr. Waters stepped in and offered a solution I truly appreciated—he suggested remaking the crown at cost, which saved me thousands of dollars. I was definitely skeptical given my past experience, but I decided to move forward.It’s now been a week with the new crown, and I’m happy to say everything feels great—no issues at all so far. I really appreciate Dr. Waters’ willingness to listen, take ownership, and offer a fair solution. That level of care and integrity goes a long way.

I was crying on my way home today but not for the reason you may think. I have had consults with several dentists over the last two and half years. Dental plans and pricing were all over the spectrum, leaving me disappointed and untrusting, as if I were at a used car dealership. While doom scrolling on Facebook to avoid facing my dental issues, I came across an advertisement and video from Dr. Justin Waters @ Serenity Smiles. His information was thorough and straightforward, which made me feel less hesitant about confronting my dental fears, so I scheduled an appointment.Dr. Waters and his staff are TOP-NOTCH. Every step of the process was clearly explained. Although insurance doesn’t cover much and dental procedures are expensive, Robin made the process so easy! I received an email full of links arranged in the order to follow, and within less than an hour, I had the funds I needed to get started. The only thing left was to schedule the appointment and begin the process.I won’t lie; there were a few setbacks, but Dr. Waters didn’t give up and remedied the situation immediately. Sure, that wasn’t fun, but I felt truly cared for! Today was the day I got the temporary removed and my final set put on. I was in total shock—hence the tears of utter joy on the drive home!Dr. Waters and his staff truly deliver on their promises. When they say you will be happy and have a million-dollar smile—YOU WILL! I can’t say enough positive things about Serenity Smiles.
