I am grateful to know this practitioner. I met Lloyd 7 years ago in a yoga certification class. He has always been a dedicated student of the body, and the well-being of the human being. At that time he was a practicing massage therapist and when the opportunity arose, I booked an appointment. I experienced both the skill he had been cultivating and his natural aptitude for body work. Now, several years later, I have changed how I use my body from stay-at-home mom-work to electrician-work, and this change comes with new stresses to the body, as well as the aggravation of older, more patterned misalignments. I had been using chiropractic therapy to address my pain, but my intuition told me I needed something more. I sought Lloyd out for a massage, not knowing that he had been studying a new modality. After receiving a session my body felt incredibly peaceful and I was eager to embark on the 12 part series of therapy sessions he offers. I have completed 9 of the 12. This work is wonderfully holistic. At times it is very uncomfortable, but acceptance of these moments is rewarded on deep levels, affecting change, allowing shifts to occur physically and emotionally. Lloyd's commitment to empowering others in health and supporting his clients in change is commendable. He is a gifted practitioner.
