Everyone here is nice and very supportive including the clientele! It’s a good whole body workout that teaches you proper mechanics and proper techniques. The place is clean, the equipment is great, the coaches are knowledgeable and friendly, and the training sessions are highly effective. This is a hidden gem of a gym. The crew are all wonderful, positive people who will listen to you and help you achieve your goals step by step. The facility is incredible, very clean and plenty of equipment available. 10/10 recommend if you are someone looking to stay consistent in the gym, and have accountability and structure. I’ve been going here since February 2021 and have seen a lot of progress in my strength and endurance. I workout with Kevin and he is great! I love OTG! After that, I worked with Amadeo who at the end, threatened me and shoved a mat at me demanding I get out of his client's way. Fellipe, has a good heart but lacks "maturity" in knowing how to deal with conflicts. Fellipe allowed gossip about me in his gym which poisoned the well for all involved, instead if dealing directly with the matter by talking to me about it. None of his trainers ever asked how I was progressing or how my injuries were coming along, and none ever took measurements. There is no set way of measuring progress while training at OTG and this is sorely lacking. Although many have left good reviews, that was not my experience. At a time when I needed the most support, both physically and emotionally, after losing a family member, Fellipe and his staff were not available and instead gossiped about me up to the last day I was there. Fellipe's way of dealing with this was asking me to not come back -- which was the best things that could have happened (although not a "mature" way of dealing with things, rather escaping them). I am now at a gym where I am measured, "tested" to see how I am progressing and always asked about my body's injuries. I have seen TONS of improvement since working with a true professional organization and for this I am grateful. It is a shame that something that started off so nicely ended in this manner. Trainers here are AMAZING. Everyone is is positive and greets you by name when you walk in. The app to schedule workouts is über user-friendly which makes it simple to stay accountable. The workouts are well structured and effective- trust me when I say you will get a great workout. Hands down the best personal training gym in the Clear Lake area!

My husband and I worked out here when the new year began and we had some fitness goals. We both were nervous to go in, not knowing what to expect but the staff was so welcoming and helpful! We worked very closely with Kevin but Mando and Fil are just as kind, fun, and motivating. We’ve since moved out of state, but miss this gym and the trainers everyday. Justin Forrest is an amazing personal trainer and gently pushes your limits to help you overcome an injury and become stronger. OTG has a great team of dedicated PTs that will help you achieve your fitness goals. Fil (the owner) and his team will make sure you get the results you seek if you're willing to put in the work and follow their lead.

By far the best experience in a gym and personal training. I regularly rotate through the trainers there and they are all very encouraging and motivating. There is open communication with them, so it feels more close knit than other gyms I have been to. They evaluate where your baseline is in order to better learn any limitations you may have. The environment in here is amazing. For the first time ever I can walk in and not feel judged. While training you one on one or small group (no more than 4) you are always encouraged by the trainer and shown the proper form. They genuinely care about their clients. Best place ever. I love that this gym is more intimate and feels very personal. The trainers are so attentive and remembered me by name the second day I came in. I was very impressed with how they do business and am glad I found this place. The trainers are so energetic and seem to really love what they do. It’s also always a great work out!!

I like that outside of the private and semi private classes they offer you still have access to the facility at your leisure. As for the classes they range from 3 to 4 people at a time so it’s not over crowded and allows the fitness trainers to really work with you individually. The options for the classes are great with respect to times available as well as specific parts of the body that is available for a member that maybe looking for something specific. I’ve worked out on my own at home for the last two years and decided to join OTG after a tour of the facility. I personally felt that the equipment that was available and the staff that I could utilize given their areas of expertise would be a benefit. I have had the great experience to have Kevin and Summer assist me during my semi private sessions and have learned so much. They both are very good at what they do! The groups consist of various people at different levels of their fitness journey. They way Kevin and Summer are able to identify an individuals needs based on form correction or adding of weights or reduction of weight to maximize the lift is a benefit to anyone with in the group. One thing that I really appreciate is they will ask “what’s for dinner tonight” or how is “your nutrition going”….OTG is about the whole picture….nutrition and strength training and are always willing to answer questions and offer up suggestions. Fillipe the owner of the facility will randomly send text messages to ask how things are going and will ask if we can meet at a time that’s convenient to discuss how I feel my progress is going, if there’s changes or ideas that I may have in mind weather it be facility related or personal fitness goal related. I would advise following OTG on Instagram! That’s how I found out about OTG and after a couple of months of following OTG I scheduled a in person tour. I have really enjoyed working with the trainers at OTG. They are really nice, attentive, and knowledgeable. They help you with workouts that are at your personal level, while still encouraging you to advance. They don't just got easy on your. They try to work out a well balanced plan that will allow you to successfully reach your goals! Their facilities are always neat and clean.

Been working out for a month and already seeing results! Having a personal trainer makes all the difference (and the ones here are awesome!), helping me fix my form issues and maximize the benefit from my workout! The HIIT style workout regime followed here works very well and i love getting a really good workout in just 40 min!

I really love coming here. All of the trainers are really nice and helpful, and I've made friends with other regulars. Everyone has been really kind and supportive of each other while also encouraging you to push yourself and get stronger. It's a big part of my day that I always look forward to!

This is an awesome fitness center with great trainers. I have been going her for 2 months and I love it. I have learned how to be discipline and consistent. They educate you and frequently check in to make sure everything is going well. Some of the best things about the center is the cleanliness, small crowd, and exercise equipment. They offer group and private sessions for a reasonable price.

I looked at getting a trainer for a few months and none of them really were a good fit. OTG is hands down the best place. Not only did they take the time to help make a workout plan that was specific to me they also helped out with food plans as well, to help me put on the weight I wanted to! When you walk in everybody is supper nice and chill, it definitely makes you feel at ease.

Started working with Chaz at OTG fitness in middle October. At that time I averaged 12:30 minute miles in my jogging. Due to the strength training Chaz has been helping me with, I am now averaging 9:30 a minute in 4 mile runs. Super excited. Thank you Chaz and OTG. By the way, this year I turn 60.

Nicole is my online trainer. I don’t have time to see a trainer everyday so when I found out about her online training I thought I would give it try. I’m glad I did. I have seen amazing results. She is amazing.

Nicole provides great online coaching. I've been a client for a few months and my diet has completely transformed. My exercise regiment has also greatly improved... especially in the diversity of workouts. I recommend her to anyone looking to better their health and fitness.

Very nice facility! I don’t like working out with a lot of people around and this place made me feel very at-home and comfortable. It was an intimate setting and it allowed me all of the equipment I needed. The owner is super friendly and accommodating, and the fact that it’s open 24 hours is definitely a plus!

Gyms have always been scary and intimidating for me. We came to OTG Fitness and after a couple of sessions I'm feeling less stressed out about getting in shape. Leigh Ann has been very patient and encouraging as I learn. It's been a great experience!

Great fitness shop if you're trying to get started with exercise or, if like me, you needed a tune-up to get your workouts back in proper form. They listen to what you want to accomplish and build a program to help you get moving in that direction. Owner is always quick to respond to any questions and trainers will work with you on schedule and ideas.

This has been a great experience. I have learned so much with my personal training and food guide. I like that not everyone is at the same level and there is no judgement from other members.

OTG is the best gym in the area. I had a great experience working out with Lucas and Leigh Ann. I have been working out with them for about 3 months and the results are obivous. Fillipe cares about your time and health and will walk you through your daily Macro and needs for your body. Certainly consider a tour if you want to get back on shape.

Not only is it great for the lack of crowdedness, but the equipment is fantastic and the staff is the exact same. The trainers at OTG are excellent, and know tons about what they’re doing and how to accommodate to almost anyone’s schedule and needs.
