Memorial Day weekend plans to go out of town fell through so instead of spending an insane amount of money on a hotel and gas and dealing with traffic I reached out to Creekwater Inflatables and hoped they might still have a waterslide available and they did!!! So I booked a bounce house through a company that I have used over 10 times 6 weeks ago for Jacob's birthday party. Well they were suppose to arrive at 8:30 yesterday morning. I sent a text to them at 9:45 asking for an ETA. Nothing...So I called , Rich called and even our friend Cindy tried calling. We all got voice-mail. At 11:45 so a little over 3 hours after they were suppose to arrive I got a text finally they their truck broke down and they would not make it with an I'm sorry. I totally get things happen that we can not control but how are you not going to relay that message sooner. They were already over 3 hours late. I started to get emotional with 15 minutes to go before his party started and it was his MAIN request for his party. Rich went into full dad mode and started calling around inflatable companies. A company called him back around 12:15 and they did not have one currently available but after he explained what happened with the other company. This lady said she had one in she could go pick up and have it to us in an hour. They arrived at 1:15 with a massive slide and had it all set up within minutes. Not only did they save our sons party within an hour of being called and driving to Greencove to pick it up. The lady we spoke to who handled everything like a boss just had MASSIVE surgery this past Thursday and still had her drain bag in. I was and still am beyond thankful for this amazing company. Last weekend was my sons 7th birthday party. We got a bounce house from another company and We invited all of his friends and got ready for the big party. None of his friends came and as a mom I was heartbroken.
