I was honestly terrified to try CrossFit — I had this idea it was only for super-fit athletes, and I didn’t think I’d fit in. But joining Reel Strength CrossFit completely changed that. From day one, the coaches were encouraging, patient, and focused on helping me move safely and confidently. Really love the community here. Came for the first class stayed for the crew. The coaches and members here are honestly great. Everyone wants to see you win and hit your own personal goals.
