I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with The Legendary Strength Company because it has truly made a difference for me.After my previous training center closed, I was desperately looking for a studio that offered early morning classes (6:00 a.m. or earlier) with structure, guidance, and professional support. At 55 years old, 5'10" tall, and currently at 175 lbs on a year-long weight loss journey, I needed a place that understood my limitations and medical conditions while keeping me motivated.From the very first call, the team impressed me. Someone answered immediately, took the time to explain the program, and made everything feel welcoming. The communication was excellent, streamlined through their app and text messages and signing up for the free trial was effortless.The facility itself is top-of-the-line and very impressive. I started with a HYROX trial class led by trainer Joseph, and within that first session, I knew I was going to join. The HYROX program (3 days a week) combined with their strength training is exactly what I needed.Even though I'm fairly new to consistent exercise, the trainer Joseph makes a true effort to meet you exactly where I are, take time to understand your history and limitations, and keep you motivated in a fun, supportive way.I am genuinely looking forward to every session. The structure, timing, and clear guidance have been perfect for me. If you're looking for a serious yet encouraging environment with excellent coaches, I highly recommend The Legendary Strength Company.

As a complete beginner to lifting and using gym equipment, I’ve truly appreciated Joseph’s guidance. He carefully walks me through the correct grip, posture, positioning, angles, and appropriate weight for each exercise. Today’s session was especially impressive: we tackled an entirely new set of workouts without the board, and Joseph seamlessly demonstrated each move while clearly explaining every step.After just one month of taking Hyrox classes with him, I can already see a noticeable difference in both my physique and my running strength. His patience and encouragement have made learning new techniques enjoyable and motivating. I’m excited to continue training with Joseph and look forward to even more progress in the months and years ahead.

Our family absolutely loves this gym! My two kids and I all train here, and we’ve also worked with their highly professional personal trainers. My children are track-and-field athletes (long jump and sprint), and even though our body types as Asians are different from many of their peers, the expert training here has helped them improve tremendously. Over the years, the changes and progress we’ve experienced have been truly remarkable.This gym specializes in targeted training for a variety of sports — including football, basketball, track & field, golf, and more. They also offer age-appropriate fitness programs and regularly update their training plans to ensure everyone gets a full-body workout. We’re truly grateful for the positive impact this gym has had on our fitness and performance!

Amazing gym that focuses on safety first while slowly progressing you to lift heavier than you ever imagine! Love how much personal attention I get to tweak my form as a lot of the exercises we do are very advanced (athlete) level that they program for the every day people like me who also want to lift and get strong. I’m 40 and have never lifted as much as I have. Felt as strong as I have. All thanks to Steve and his amazing group of coaches. Thank you for providing such an amazing community each striving to be the best versions of ourselves. Zero ego lifting here. Pure passion. Highly recommend!

I'm grateful not only by how much I'm getting my butt kicked by Mark and Steve, but as a sports medicine physician I'm thoroughly impressed by their attention to detail and grasp of the musculoskeletal system. I see too many patients have injuries after sessions with other less knowledgeable trainers, it's a breath of fresh air to have a crew that knows biomechanics and the right way to do strength and conditioning. And bonus, they're also amazing with my 8 year old son! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Legendary. The gym was really clean. It looked brand new. They have a lot of unique equipment that a standard gym doesn’t have. The class wasn’t overcrowded so it allowed coach Joey to have attention to detail and make the most out of each movement. It was refreshing to have someone who was willing to correct and explain the benefits of proper form. I’ve been to quite a few group classes and this one was top notch in comparison.
