Tactical came out due to a small leak in our roof. The manager came out and patched the portion that needed it. He said it was a quick fix and took the time to do it right then before we got more rain and ceiling damage. We have used them before and every person who has come out has been incredibly nice and helpful. He even walked me through how to patch the ceiling on the inside and recommendations for cutting my trees back, so that it doesn't happen again. Tactical is definitely who we always call when we need roofing help.

The work crew was on time both days and got to work immediately. I was very impressed at how hard they worked both days! Mike the project manager and Princess, work crew handler were at my house for a good portion of the project. My questions were answered and everything went smoothly.I'm happy with the color I picked for the shingles and I received several compliments on the roof.Every time I called the office, Alexandra answered immediately and was great to work with, which is a quality many companies should put into practice.

While conducting an inspection of a home I was looking to purchase, I was told there were 5 shingles needed for repair.Tactical Roofing conducted the small repair at a very reasonable price and also provided the pictures necessary to pass inspection.What was most impressive was that they were quick to do the work along with the fact that they were honest in doing so. Absolutely amazing experience. My communication was mostly with Dan which is example how is business done, always available, on every question have all answers. Roof replacement is big project but with Tactical roofing it was breeze. Once when date was set well trained crew showed up and job was done fast and efficiently, everything was cleared of debris and nails with some magnet that picked up everything metal from ground.
