MEDICARE ALERT******I paid $125 for the initial exam because I am on Medicare. It wasn't until my third adjustment that I was informed by Dr. Eric that he will only do 13 Medicare adjustment on me a year. I have always received 24 a year from every chiropractor that I have seen in the past 49 years. His receptionist said, " yes he sees Medicare patients once a month." I had no idea that it would be any different than anywhere else.My chiropractor that just retired did 24 adjustments on me a year also, so 13 was a major shock.My third visit to Dr. Eric he told me that he wanted me to switch to his associate. What? It did not feel good. It felt like "bait and switch." I ran this by two friends of mine and they didn't like the sound of it either. It was Dr. Eric in the Facebook ad, I did not even know he had an associate.It felt like "roll em in and shuttle them over" to a chiropractor that I had never even met.When I went to the desk to pay my co-pay the woman at the desk did not know what my co-pay was. I have switched to a different chiropractic office who could tell me on the phone that Medicare covers 24 visits, and what my co-pay was.I am out $125, my loss. If I had known about Dr. Eric 's 13 Medicare adjustments only, and that I would be shuttled over to a different chiropractor after the initial exam by him I could have avoided the $125 loss. It is my opinion that he should tell new patients at their initial appointment that he and his associate work together and that they will be receiving care from both so it isn't a shock when he tells you to switch to the other chiropractor.Hopefully I can save you the $125 that I lost before knowing that I would only receive 13 adjustments a year as opposed to 24 that I have always received at ALL chiropractic offices and need. I wish someone had informed me.***His response was DECEIT. Dr. Eric responded to my website review telling me to contact his billing team or office that he will work towards a resolution. That was not what I experienced. I called his office as he told me to do. Deb answered the phone and didn't have any idea what Dr. Eric was referring to and told me that someone would call me. A week went by and I didn't receive a call. I called again and Jenna had no idea what resolution Dr. Eric wanted to work towards. I asked Jenna to ask him and call me back. I did not receive a call back. You can read between the lines what this was. He thought he had made himself look good by responding that I should call his billing team. When I did as he told me to do there was nothing there. He has made himself look even worse. The public would not even know so I am letting you know the deceit that took place. I value honesty and I did not get it from Dr. Eric. If truely wanted to refund my money all he had to was credit it back to my credit card or put a check in the mail. He told me that his New Hope office folded.

I’ve been going for about 6 months now, Dr Eric has been amazing every time. I feel so much better from any pain I was having. Each time I come in he asks about any specific spot to focus on which is extremely helpful. He also doesn’t push for a routine schedule! I just text in for an appointment when I’m hurting and they get me in. Always an awesome job!

Great for Athletes!Dr. Eric has been the perfect chiropractor for me as an athlete. He took into account my current training and created a targeted plan that helped me continue preparing for a half marathon and half Ironman while addressing the specific areas that needed care.What I really appreciate is his approach: he diagnoses the issue, provides a focused treatment program, and then transitions you to maintenance. After completing the program, he encourages periodic visits to keep things aligned… but doesn’t expect you to come in every week for the rest of your life. You maintain progress at home and come in as needed or recommended.He takes every case seriously and brings decades of knowledge. I highly recommend this place for anyone active!

I did a program with Dr. Eric and Coach Bryan, which I can attest to being completely worth the experience. Chronic back pain and terrible posture was corrected, AND I was educated on what was causing the issues and how to implement fixes at home. They took the time to cater to my needs, adjust off feedback, and make sure we stayed accountable and on track. Very thorough experience, and both Dr. Eric and Coach Bryan were experts in their field and took the time to answer all questions.The wonderful ladies at reception truly make it a pleasant experience.
