Long time fire arm owner but first time buying one as a MD resident. Kevin did a great job helping me navigate the red tape put in place by the state govt to purchase a handgun. He guided me through the entire process with detailed instructions. I recently used him for a FFL transfer on a gunbroker handgun purchase and was very pleased with his high level of customer service. Will definitely use him again for future transfers. First class business. I've been to several gun stores over the years and I've seen some sketchy looking individuals come in. Kevin's appointment based business alleviates this type of activity. I routinely view Palmetto State Armory, Classic Firearms and Grab-a-gun websites, just to name a few. Outdoor Pro Shop beat the prices of all 3 of the mentioned places, and more importantly, he had the gun available. The process was quick, smooth and seamless. He welcomed questions.
