I have been searching for a “feel at home, inviting” aesthetic practice that delivers exceptional results and outstanding customer service, as my previous aesthetician is no longer available, and it has been extremely challenging to find a suitable replacement until now. I was referred to this practice and decided to schedule a consultation and treatment. Emma was impressive, providing a thorough explanation of her expertise and recommendations, as well as her unique technique, which was truly exceptional, professional, and exceeded my expectations. Furthermore, I had the pleasure of meeting Danny (I apologize if the spelling is incorrect) during checkout, who was extremely helpful, patient, and a delight to interact with. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment for a consultation or service without hesitation. You will not be disappointed!

Sierra Judd did my laser treatment she is wonderful she made me feel comfortable and relaxed through the process. Sometimes we need to do things for ourselves, we deserve it! I have much more confidence now. It definitely helped with deep lines, wrinkles and uneven pigments on face.

I’ve had injectables done since 2021 at different places in the area and I can honestly say, Michelle is the absolute BEST! She’s informative of different options to address your concerns while also respecting your personal decision(s). She’s honest, down to earth, and the overall vibe is positive. She charges per unit for tox, which I personally appreciate and the tox isn’t overly diluted like some other places nearby. She uses her up-to-date knowledge to choose which filler to use on certain areas to give you the best outcome. I will continue seeing Michelle for my future touch ups and any other procedures I wish to have done.

Michelle and her team are great! I got the Aerolase reverse package; I’ve completed all of the Neo sessions, and I’m very pleased with the results, I plan to keep going with those as they have improved a lot of the background redness I experience from rosacea. I haven’t received the Era peel yet, but am going as soon as I deal with some health issues that have arisen. I’m very excited for it as I have some acne scarring and fine lines that need to be dealt with.I have a lot of health complications and Michelle has been amazing! Accommodating, understanding, and sympathetic. I drive all the way from Baltimore to Hagerstown just to see her, and will continues to do so. They also have an amazing rewards programs! Highly recommend!

Sierra is amazing!! She is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly skilled. The building is clean and the waiting area is cozy and welcoming. Upon consultation, I felt the price per unit was on the high end BUT they have the most generous rewards program I’ve ever seen!!!

I have a great experience every time I go to Ageless Skin and Laser Center. Everyone is so nice, welcoming and professional the minute you step in the door. I have seen Michelle two times now and cannot say enough positive things about her. She cares deeply and has a wealth of knowledge about this industry. And the results are just amazing. Just after one treatment I already started noticing improvement in my skin. If you are on the fence, don't look much further. This place is truly wonderful.
