The absolute best I could ask for. Punctual, friendly, dedicated to a job well done and all for a fair price. We had an electrical issue on our pump plus a leak in a plastic fitting. All detected and fixed during the visit. Perfect service. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Clements Pool Service has been so wonderful. Moving from KY to Florida, we had no idea how to care for our pool. Bryan has taken top-notch care of our pool, and he takes pride in the work he does. Most importantly, he is friendly and respectful. We get a thorough report after every service, which includes pictures, readings, and if any chemicals were added.Thank you Bryan for keeping our pool safe to swim in! We appreciate you.

We recently went with Clements Pool Service and they have met and exceeded our expectations. Both Derrick (Pool Tech) and & Melissa (Office Mgr.) have given excellent service and we appreciate it. And No, I am not related to either of them! :-) Joel M.ADDITION: 6/30/26 In a Technician reset for efficiency, Cements replaced Derrick with Brian B. and the service is still excellent and the communication lines as well. We have had several Pool Techs over the Years and the Clements Staff is 5 Stars! I highly recommend them! Joel M.

My previous Pool company really let me down. By the time I found Clements, my pool was a green frog pond.Clements Pool Service have done such a wonderful job. My pool is back to being beautiful again. The prices are reasonable. The service is fantastic. I highly suggest this company to clean your pool.

Absolutely amazing. Came from an old pool service that wasnt great and tried Clement's. Stunning work ethic, very well organized and detail oriented. This company truly knows the meaning of high quality service. We hired them as our pool maintenance crew and I have to say it is probably the best decision we've made.

Based on other online reviews and our desire to work with a small business rather than a national chain, we chose Clements to resurface our pool and install a new variable speed pump. Both were excellent experiences. Carrie was incredible throughout the renovation project. Her cost estimate was nearly identical to another company that only does resurfacing. Carrie accommodated us on a weekend at the showroom to select tile and quartz surface (Marquis Sapphire). Her communication by text and email throughout the project was extremely helpful. Her crews were extremely courteous, professional and cleaned up after they were done. Thanks to good weather and minimal existing problems with our pool, the project was completed in 8 days (followed by another week of start-up maintenance visits). Scott, who installed the new pump and did the start-up work, was also extremely helpful and prompt. Highly recommend!

i’m writing this to inform other customers out there pick a good company to service your pool. I thought picking the big company was the way to go and i was wrong? They took my money and made excuses because I’m selling my house and no one‘s there to keep eye on them. They took full advantage of it .then I found Clements pool service. They’ve been there for me for the last month or so and told me the process the price and how it was gonna work and it was simple once they got to work. and what they said was gonna happen happened highly recommend them for anything to do with pools

I don't post Google reviews, but Melissa needs a shout out. I called for a service call, but you don't cover my area. Melissa walked me through my issue step-by-step and helped resolve my problem. Her customer service is immaculate and she went above and beyond to help me over the phone. At the end of our conversation she had me sold to the point of me offering her a job at my company if she ever needs one. You have a special employee who cares and it shows. Excellent job!

Since having Clements install our new Hayward TRISTAR VS 900 Variable Speed pool pump several years ago, I have managed to set up numerous different timer program settings, especially with the recent 26° temperatures we experienced. [NOTE: This pump will automatically come on if freezing weather is detected] I have found that with all the different timers that have been set the pool was coming on almost nonstop. Unable to determine how to cancel the timers i no longer needed, I called Clements just before they would be closing for the day and was greeted by Melissa. After explaining my predicament, she advised me that the technician was still out on the job and would not be back in the office until Monday. Instead of having me leave a message and wait through the weekend, she took my information to look up our account in the computer. Unable to find it, she inquired as to the install date, and upon telling her it had been several years, she informed me that they had updated their system and our information was not available. Still not wanting to leave me waiting, she requested I text her pictures of the pump and she had me send it to her personal cell phone, which I did. Minutes later she texted a link after she had made a Google Search, and in it was the information I needed.Kudos to Melissa for being a valuable, dedicated employee who took every opportunity to provide excellent Customer Service.I highly recommend Clements Pool Service, Inc. for all your pool equipment and servicing needs.
