We had an outstanding experience with Glass Insert Guys from start to finish. We originally planned to replace five French doors, the side panel, and our shed door because the existing glass grids obstructed our view of our backyard and pool area. We had never considered replacing just the glass inserts, but after doing some research, we found Glass Insert Guys and are so glad we did.Our first point of contact was Rich, who was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He was able to prepare an estimate based on photos and rough measurements that I provided, and he took the time to walk us through the process before preparing the proposal.Once we decided to move forward and signed the proposal, which clearly outlined the scope of work and warranty information, Tim, the owner, personally came to our home to take precise measurements before ordering the glass. Shortly thereafter, Rich reached out to schedule the installation.On installation day, Tim and two team members arrived as scheduled, removed the existing glass—including several panes with failed seals—and replaced everything with beautiful clear glass and attractive new frames. The transformation was incredible. It truly feels like we have brand-new doors, and we can now fully enjoy our view of the backyard and pool area.What impressed us most was the professionalism and customer service throughout the entire process. After the installation, both Kayla and Rich followed up to ensure we were completely satisfied with the work and to answer any remaining questions.It's refreshing to work with a company that delivers exactly what they promise while providing excellent communication every step of the way. What an amazing experience! The Glass Insert Guys were so patient with me as I chose that glass that I wanted for my front door. I certainly did go back and forth with my design style. Once I made my selection, they placed the order, called to let me know when it arrived, and scheduled an install date! Their communication with customers is phenomenal. Tim the install guy was punctual and super nice! Can t say enough good things about them! I’m one happy customer.
