I've been using Country Life for years for quality organic oats and other food items! They always have oats in stock even in 50lb bags. They shipped an order to an old address once but issued a refund after some explanation. They provide prompt tracking information and if an item is out of stock they will issue a refund immediately, no problems! I recommend them to my family and complete strangers because food is life and grocery stores don't have the best deals or 50lbs of oats. No other supplier can compete with these prices, they are all at least $50 more expensive and they don't give free shipping. I used the drop ship method once but didn't like waiting for 2 hours for the truck to arrive after dark, so I get free shipping now. I'll gladly use Country Life for the rest of my life!!! Less

They delivered it fast and it arrived with no damage, but some products are really good and some are absolutely horrible. The quality is extremely inconsistent and makes me never want to shop again and be a repeat customer due to my order of four items being two busts and two greats. The cashews and pitted neglet noor dates are great. Yet the same brand hazelnuts as the cashews are flavorless and the same brand medjool dates as the smooth pitted ones are horrible and seem old or stale with half visibly wrinkly and dried up and not sweet.A side note is that nothing came in resealable packaging, making me waste more bags just to store it properly after opening. I have never received bulk items without resealable packaging before. After contacting the company with detailed pictures after this disappointing experience, they did remedy it and made it right with refunds of those two items.Based on my disappointing first purchase, I will never buy from them again. I ordered the simplest of things, a 5-lb bag of KASHA - toasted buckwheat, crunchy and chewy. What I received in a bag labeled Kasha was RAW BUCKWHEAT - hard as rocks, inedible. Of course, there's really no telling what's in the bag until you open it... and then it's too late to return it. Do not order from these people. They don't seem to know what they're selling nor do they care. Raw buckwheat in baked goods will break teeth. They stung me for one order plus shipping costs, but they won't get another. And I hope they don't get yours. Less
