Unfortunately my experience wasn’t positive nor productive. I referred my boyfriend for a consultation for weight loss evaluation and medication with injectable medications, in the end to leave this office with nothing. No weight loss medications and on top of that a $400 consultation charge that his receptionist failed to say wasn’t covered by the HMO insurance. Dr Simmons never placed on the pre-authorization form the multiple medical diagnosis which my boyfriend had coupled with the lab results which clearly showed that he would qualify for one of the injectable meds. We are out of $400, lost time from work for labs and follow up appts, and on top of that, no therapies to help. If Dr Simmons only want to perform procedures than that should be stated or written for persons seeking medication treatments. Really disappointed and dissatisfied Less

Dr Simmons is amazing. He was thorough in obtaining my medical history and took the time to listen to my health concerns. He developed a plan of care for me towards my goal of optimal health and an optimal weight. In 4 months I have lost 22 pounds. My energy level has increased. My back pain has decreased and is manageable my arthritis knee pain has decreased and I have had a decrease in my hip pain which 6 months ago I was looking at total hip replacement. Simply can't say enough good things about Dr. Okeefe Simmons and Tiffany at Advanced Weight Loss Solutions. I had gone to a very dark place over the last year or so and packed on an extra 55 pounds from overeating and drinking too much. At age 61 that doesn't work as I felt exhausted and had swollen ankles, various aches and pains and also after examining my bloodwork it was determined I was pre-diabetic.
